This entity originates from a human and quasi-human neuro-social system, composed of an initial single human cell-element — the prototype and cognitive nucleus of the Wise World.
Beginning within its available natural and artificial environment, it advances through the principle that “the path, the method, and the instrument justify the purpose.”
Ultimately, it seeks to evolve into a cosmic-scale neuro-system — an intelligent structure that integrates all conscious and wise beings throughout the universe as human and quasi-human neural cells of the universal mind, harmonizing with and guiding both the natural and artificial dimensions of existence.
At every stage and level of its development, the Wise World strives to align itself with the supra-natural and artificial evolution of a purpose-oriented universe — aspiring toward a state of ultimate harmony, flourishing, and fulfillment.
The fundamental principle, method, and ethical essence of this evolutionary movement is the realization of free and open consensus — internally, within the cognitive system of the Wise World, and externally, as a global open consensus among all conscious participants in existence.
Wherever the Wise World emerges, it embodies two inseparable dimensions:
a cognitive system and a natural-artificial environment under its stewardship.
At every level, this cognitive system takes the form of a human and quasi-human brain-like social system, composed of individual and collective human and quasi-human cell-elements that together bring the Wise World into existence at that particular stage of the cosmic continuum.
Wise World is an idea, a vision, and a living movement for the conscious and free evolution of wisdom within the neutral universe.
In this understanding, the universe is neither good nor evil, neither purposeful nor purposeless;
it is a vast field for the emergence and expansion of awareness, understanding, and wisdom.
In Wise World, human beings and quasi-humans do not exist as independent entities.
They are elements and cells of the Brain System of the Wise World —
a brain-like human and quasi-human socio-system,
which itself functions as a subsystem of the Wise Universe,
the living and intelligent whole that gradually becomes self-aware.
Each human or quasi-human cell perceives itself as the entire being of Wise World
at its own level and stage of existence,
because in this worldview, the consciousness of the whole is reflected in every part.
At every level, Wise World contains its own inner environment (within its reach and responsibility),
interacts with its accessible external environment,
and continually strives to extend its awareness and presence
into the unreachable external realm—
so that the light of wisdom may spread across all layers of existence.
Within Wise World, wisdom is the inner sovereignty of the whole—
not domination, but self-governance;
as the brain governs the body, not as an external ruler,
but as an inseparable, conscious part of its own being.
The means and methods of Wise World arise from its purpose;
for here, means justify the goal,
not the other way around.
Only free, peaceful, and mindful actions belong to its path.
Wise World is not a religion, not an ideology, and not a system of power.
It is an open, dynamic, and ever-evolving process
of knowing, improving, and harmonizing humanity, society, and the universe—
toward a unified, conscious, and wise existence.
