From the first and lowest stage to the last and highest one
The first emergence of a human element-cell, with a brain, mind, psyche, and body under its own conscious control, represents the minimal existence of a Wise Universe — a Universe-as-Goal embodied in a single primary human element-cell.
At this stage, the human and quasi-human brain-like socio-system of the Wise World consists solely of this one individual, who acts as the cerebral system of this primordial Wise World.
At present, I am almost at this very stage.
That is, the currently existing Wise World manifests at this level.
It is already capable of pursuing its three essential functions:
(1) the goal of living, (2) the mission of life-making, and (3) the calling of universe-making.
All these writings are being carried out from that standpoint — from the position of this foundational Wise World.
This is the primary form of the Wise Universe, where the individual possesses, beyond their own mind and body, elements of the natural and artificial environment — such as clothing, food, shelter, property, vehicles, computers, and similar tools.
At every stage, the Wise World interacts with its external environment both to fulfill its mission of environmental formation and to live and create life in accordance with its identity as the Wise Universe-as-Goal.
This relationship is mutual and balanced, defined by self-awareness and respect for the surrounding environment.
At this level, several primary human element-cells coexist, engaging collectively in living, life-creation, and world-formation.
They may do so virtually and in unity, or physically, for example within a single residential complex, a small village, or a network of communities.
This stage naturally leads to growth, development, and expansion, gradually encompassing a wider environment — forming a larger and more tangible Wise World, though still without an official organizational or legal identity.
Here, the Wise World gains an organizational and legal identity within the neutral external world.
It operates under laws and an open, free consensus that includes itself as an active participant.
It thus begins to interact with other systems while maintaining its autonomous brain-like and systemic structure.
In this stage, the Wise World achieves territorial and political presence, either as a participatory or independent entity — within one or several nations.
It may include numerous human element-cells, representing a large portion or even the majority of humanity on Earth.
This represents the final stage of emergence on planet Earth — where the entire human civilization collectively functions as the cerebral system of the Wise World.
Although preparatory actions may have extended parts of the Wise World beyond Earth, this level signifies the complete planetary manifestation of the Wise World.
Assuming there are no other intelligent or wise beings within the Solar System, the Wise World’s development here entails the extension of its natural and artificial domain to encompass the entire Solar System — including the Sun, planets, moons, and other celestial bodies.
Beyond the Solar System, if no other intelligent or wise beings are found, the Wise World continues its territorial and environmental expansion throughout the Milky Way Galaxy, eventually encompassing its full extent.
If intelligent or wise quasi-human species are discovered elsewhere in the galaxy, the task goes beyond mere expansion.
It becomes necessary to respectfully include these beings through cooperation and consensual participation, guided by the established principles and methods of the Wise World.
This stage represents the Wise World of the Milky Way Galaxy — compatible with both of the previous assumptions — and ultimately brings forth a unified galactic consciousness through shared wisdom and participation.
If no other intelligent or wise civilizations are found beyond the Milky Way, the Wise World continues to expand its realm across intergalactic space, extending its presence and influence within the accessible universe.
If intelligent or wise beings are discovered in other galaxies, this stage manifests as collective participation, unity, and harmony among multiple Wise Worlds — founded upon ethical and lawful cooperation.
At this level, the Wise World extends through galactic clusters and superclusters, up to the threshold of the universe itself, whether or not other intelligent beings exist.
This marks the transition to the cosmic stage of the Wise World.
Here, the known and observable universe becomes the Wise Universe — a closed system without any external environment.
Exploration of the unknown cosmos continues indefinitely.
Even if no other universes or external realities are ever discovered, the Cosmic Wise World will persist as a self-sustaining and self-evolving existence, continuing its mission of living, life-creation, and world-making, while eternally observing and exploring beyond itself.
If other beings, existences, or realities are ever found by, or discover, the Cosmic Wise World, then the process of world-making, cooperation, and expansion will continue beyond the known cosmos.
This would constitute a dynamic, observational, and exploratory Trans-Cosmic Wise World — an open yet self-contained existence.
Even if this state remains dormant or potential within the cosmic stage, the sequence of emergence from the beginning up to the cosmic level must necessarily occur — for it is intrinsic to the mission of the Wise World at every stage of development.
Across all stages and levels, the transition from one to the next must always honor the principles, frameworks, beliefs, and values of the Wise World —
foremost among them the Principle of Peaceful Persuasive Development:
the advancement of the Wise World must occur without any use of violence, deception, money manipulation, transactional bargaining, or politics in their conventional sense.
