The Exemplary Wise World: The Planet Earth
To better understand the concept of the Wise World, let us envision the planet Earth as an exemplary instance of it.
Imagine a time in the future when Earth, as one of the planets in the Solar System within the Milky Way Galaxy of the existing cosmos, evolves into an Exemplary Wise World.
In that state, all human beings living on Earth would become the neuronal cells of the planet’s cerebral system — forming the brain-system of Earth.
Thus, Earth itself would transform into a conscious and wise entity capable of knowing, thinking, designing, planning, deciding, and acting toward what it perceives as its own well-being and prosperity.
This brain-system of Earth would take the form of a human and quasi-human societal system structured like a brain, composed of human cell-elements that function as the neural components of the planet’s intelligent system — collectively forming what we call the Exemplary Wise World.
It is presumed that this cerebral system would encompass the entire human society, gradually aligning humanity into the functional role of the planet’s subcerebral system.
In this arrangement, the human-like cerebral society and its human cell-elements would act as the brain-system of Earth, whose identity and mission align with that of the Wise World:
its goal being the well-being and fulfillment of the Wise World — that is, the planet Earth in its entirety — and its mission being the prosperity of the universe as a whole.
Just as the human brain within the human body works for the health and happiness of the entire organism, the cerebral system of the Wise World — the planet Earth with all its subsystems and elements — would strive for the health, balance, justice, and happiness of the planet itself and the greater universe it inhabits.
In this framework, the planet Earth becomes the internal environment under the control of the Wise World, while everything beyond — the Solar System, the Milky Way Galaxy, and the wider cosmos — becomes its external environment, not yet within its reach or governance.
From that point onward, the planet Earth as a wise being would pursue three fundamental categories of activity:
1. The Goal-Oriented Activities
These encompass the enjoyment and realization of security, balance, justice, health, happiness, and a fulfilling life for the planet and all its subsystems — including the human-like cerebral society.
In short: the good and harmonious living of Earth and its components.
At this level, Earth and all within it constitute the internal domain of the Exemplary Wise World.
2. The Mission-Oriented Activities
These concern the creation and maintenance of the same conditions — security, balance, justice, health, happiness, and a good life — for the planet and its systems.
In essence, it is the making and sustaining of a desirable and harmonious life within the internal environment.
This mission includes the reformation and improvement of both the human-like cerebral society and the planetary ecosystem itself.
3. The Purpose-Oriented Activities (The Universal Mission)
These are directed toward creating and shaping the external environment beyond Earth — expanding the Wise World throughout the greater universe.
The cosmic missions of the Exemplary Wise World, in the case of Earth, may be summarized as follows:
Immediate and urgent actions addressing external matters affecting the planet as part of the universe.
Preparatory and foundational activities for engagement with intelligent and wise entities, should such beings exist elsewhere.
Collaborative participation in cosmic evolution — the co-creation and improvement of the universe before the Wise World’s full expansion into it.
Expansion of the Wise World — extending the consciousness of Earth to the accessible universe, through:
Discovering or creating quasi-human intelligent beings, if they exist.
Expanding the human-like cerebral society to include these quasi-human entities.
Extending the current Wise World (Earth) into its broader accessible environment.
Studying and understanding the known universe.
Exploring newly discovered cosmic domains.
Continuously observing and investigating the unknown universe — wherever and whenever it may exist.
This process marks the emergence of the next stage of the Wise World, expanding its internal domain to include, for instance, the entire Solar System.
The cerebral system of Earth, that is, the human-like societal brain of the Exemplary Wise World, leads, designs, manages, and engineers all three categories of activity.
Artificial intelligence, robotic systems, and intelligent technologies serve as instruments of this integrated planetary intelligence.
Within this Exemplary Wise World, human beings possess two intertwined identities:
one human, as the foundational unit of society, and one cerebral, as the neural cell within the planetary brain — together forming the human cell-element of the societal brain-system.
In this model, Earth — as the Wise World with its human-like cerebral society — maintains, reforms, and develops itself and its environment comprehensively, harmoniously, and continuously.
Its cerebral system, through systemic collective wisdom and open global consensus, leads and governs these processes.
The key transformation in the Wise World is that the self-centered natural human evolves, by conscious awareness and free will, into the meta-natural human of a universe-centered purpose — one who seeks happiness not only for oneself, one’s nation, or humanity, but for the entire universe.
This universal happiness naturally includes the human being as a part of the cosmos — a part that occupies the noble position of the brain of the Wise World.
The Ideal and Ultimate Image of the Wise World within the Existing Cosmos — the Present Universe of Being
The current ultimate conception envisions that the known cosmos, as the existing universe — the natural and neutral realm of existence — has evolved into a Wise World, with the human and quasi-human socio-system serving as its cerebral system.
The Cosmic Wise World thus includes the entire existing universe with all its subsystems and components — from galactic clusters to elementary particles, from living beings and systems to humans and quasi-humans, from natural entities to artificial ones, and from naturally intelligent and wise beings and systems to artificially intelligent and wise beings and systems.
Together, all these form a single intelligent, wise organism — a unified existence and being, known as the Wise World.
Through this cerebral system — the human and quasi-human socio-system — the existing universe becomes a self-aware and self-directing cosmic intelligence: a being that knows, understands, contemplates, decides, and acts of its own accord.
Within this cerebral network, all intelligent and wise entities of the cosmos — humans, quasi-humans, and all possible artificial intelligences — constitute the neural elements or cells of the cosmic mind.
Assuming that the present cosmos represents the totality of existence, this final conception of the cosmos as a Wise World marks not an end, but rather the eternal beginning of an ever-continuing process of cosmic creation and re-creation, eternally engaged in three fundamental functions:
The Purposeful Life — experiencing and enjoying security, balance, justice, health, and happiness.
The Mission of Life-Building — maintaining, preserving, evolving, developing, flourishing, and innovating within the existing cosmos.
The Calling of Environmental Expansion — creating, designing, and extending into possible and potential universes that may come to be.
The Wise World performs these three functions through its cerebral system — the human and quasi-human brain-like socio-system — guided by systemic collective wisdom under a free and open systemic consensus, all in a peaceful and non-coercive manner.
The levels of awareness, knowledge, capability, and vitality in the Wise World are exceedingly high, diverse, and constantly expanding in both depth and scope.
The Wise World is the neutral natural world that becomes wise through the presence of a cerebral system of wisdom.
This cerebral system is the human and quasi-human brain-like socio-system, structurally and systemically embedded within the framework of the Wise World itself.
With the Approach of the Universe-as-Goal, and through systemic collective wisdom in the sphere of a free and open systemic consensus, it engages in the artificial supranatural evolution of the neutral natural universe.
The Wise World can be realized through any accessible entity within the universe.
This entity might be a planet, a nation, or a purposeful community that is consciously preserved from the self-centered, ego-driven, and self-justifying tendencies of natural and artificial human evolution.
The Wise World can even begin from a single human being, one who has evolved supranaturally, using the physical, natural, and artificial environments available to them.
From that point, it can grow to encompass an entire planet, such as the Earth, with all its intelligent and wise beings, and then extend further — to galaxies, and ultimately to the entire universe itself.
The Wise World is not necessarily a living being in the biological sense, yet it behaves like an intelligent and conscious organism.
When intelligent and wise humans — and natural or artificial quasi-humans — participate as neural cells of this cerebral system, its functioning becomes far more powerful, complex, refined, and advanced.
It is both possible and plausible that such a Wise World could alter the ultimate course of the universe — whether toward eternal freeze, decay, or collapse — and instead bring forth a stable, sustainable, and ever-developing existence.
The Presence of Intelligent and Wise Beings
Even a single individual, such as a human, capable of embodying and manifesting such a reality called the Wise World.
This is an essential condition — without it, the Wise World cannot come into existence.
The Existence of Natural or Artificial Components of the Universe
Elements of the universe must be accessible and within the domain of those intelligent beings.
At the very least, this includes the individual’s own physical body — naturally within their possession and control.
These two necessary conditions for the existence of the Wise World are inherently implied by the two words themselves: “World” and “Wise.”
However, they are not sufficient on their own. Therefore, sufficient conditions are also required:
Conditions sufficient for the manifestation of wisdom within the intelligent beings themselves, and
Conditions sufficient for the transformation of the accessible portion of the universe through artificial supranatural evolution toward the Universe-as-Goal.
The Universe is the totality of value — the entirety of existence that possesses intrinsic worth.
This worth is only realized when existence becomes filled with peace, joy, harmony, goodness, delight, and fulfillment.
Such fulfillment can only arise when existence itself becomes wise, perceiving and understanding its own happiness and purpose.
And this can only occur when intelligent and wise beings serve the universe itself, not merely themselves.
The universe becomes truly wise when the intelligence and wisdom of conscious beings no longer serve those beings, but the essence of the universe as a whole.
Whether this wisdom resides in a single human element-cell or within an entire planetary consciousness, it must regard the universe itself as the goal and ultimate value — even if, for now, this begins only on Earth.
Thus, security, balance, tranquility, justice, health, happiness, and joy will be established and sustained for the entire universe and all its subsystems and components — including its cerebral system, the human and quasi-human brain-like socio-system, and all human and quasi-human element-cells therein.
I refrain from using the word certainty — a dangerous and misleading term — yet it is highly probable that the intelligent and wise beings who have emerged through natural and artificial evolution within the unfolding universe will one day become the Mind of the Universe, carrying out its artificial supranatural evolution toward the Universe-as-Goal.
The universe becomes the Wise Universe only when its wisdom, intellect, and intelligence serve the existence of the universe itself.
If that is not the case, the universe remains a neutral natural cosmos, not yet wise or self-aware.
The emergence of the Wise Universe may begin with a single, evolved, supranatural human element-cell —
a being who, through conscious awareness and free, knowing will, transcends individual and collective self-centeredness to reach cosmic orientation, universal purpose, and devotion to the Universe itself.
At every level of emergence, both the necessary and sufficient conditions must hold, so that the existence of the Wise World in each stage may be established, sustained, and guided toward its three essential functions:
The Goal — The Art of Living and Being Alive
The Mission — The Creation and Cultivation of Life
The Calling — The Evolution of the Universe into Wisdom
At all stages and levels of emergence, the Universe-as-Goal — embodied in the cerebral system, the human and quasi-human socio-system, and each human and quasi-human element-cell — remains the constant and operational principle, ensuring that these three functions stay meaningful and enduring.
Everything I write, say, and do is based on the assumption that I strive to think, value, and act from the standpoint of the Wise World — the Universe-as-Goal.
Even if I am but one person, this is my orientation and conviction.
Only those who already dwell within this consciousness — the condition of the Wise World and the Universe-as-Goal — can truly speak about it or act in its name.
From the first and lowest stage to the last and highest one
The emergence of the first human element-cell, possessing its own brain, mind, psyche, and body, constitutes the minimum existential form of the Wise Universe — the Universe-as-Goal embodied in a single human element-cell.
At this stage, the brain-like human and quasi-human socio-system of the Wise World consists solely of this single individual, who functions as the cerebral system of this primordial Wise World.
At present, I am almost at this stage myself.
That is, the currently existing Wise World has manifested in this form — and can already engage in its three essential missions:
(1) the goal of living, (2) the mission of life-creation, and (3) the calling of world-formation.
All these writings originate from this position — from the standpoint of the foundational Wise World.
This stage represents the primary Wise Universe whose sphere of possession extends beyond the individual’s own mind and body, encompassing elements of the natural and artificial environment — such as clothing, food, shelter, property, personal vehicle, computer, and other tools.
In every stage, the Wise World interacts with its external environment both to fulfill its mission of world-formation and to live and create life in harmony with its own definition of being the Wise Universe-as-Goal.
This relationship is always mutual, balanced, and respectful toward the surrounding environment.
In this stage, several initial human element-cells coexist — engaging together in the living, life-making, and environment-forming process.
These individuals may exist dispersed yet united virtually, or physically in shared spaces such as a residential complex, a small village, or multiple interconnected communities.
This stage naturally tends toward growth, development, and expansion — extending the Wise World both physically and conceptually, though still in a non-institutional form, without formal organizational or legal identity.
At this stage, the Wise World attains an organizational and legal identity within the neutral world — operating under laws and free, open consensus that include itself as an active participant.
It interacts with the external human systems while maintaining its autonomous cerebral structure and systemic wisdom orientation.
Here, the Wise World manifests in territorial or political form, either as a participatory entity or as an independent civilization or movement — within one or more nations.
It may include a large population, possibly a majority of humanity, united under the principles of systemic collective wisdom.
This is the final stage of emergence on Earth — where the entire human civilization becomes the cerebral system of the Wise World on the planet.
Although it may occur alongside earlier attempts to extend the Wise World beyond Earth, this stage represents the complete manifestation of the Wise World within the planetary domain.
Assuming no other intelligent or wise species exist within the Solar System, the Wise World’s expansion here involves the extension of its natural and artificial domains to encompass the entire Solar System — including the Sun, planets, moons, and other celestial bodies.
Beyond the Solar System, if no other intelligent beings are found, the Wise World continues its territorial and environmental expansion across the Milky Way Galaxy — gradually encompassing its vastness and resources.
If intelligent and wise quasi-human beings are discovered elsewhere in the galaxy, the mission transcends mere expansion.
The Wise World must then integrate and cooperate with these beings, upholding all the principles, values, and methods of peaceful, consensual participation previously established.
At this stage, the Wise World of the Milky Way emerges — compatible with both prior possibilities — and becomes a unified galactic consciousness through collaboration and mutual wisdom.
If no other intelligent or wise species are found beyond the Milky Way, the Wise World continues to expand its sphere and environment, extending its territorial and systemic presence throughout intergalactic space.
If intelligent quasi-human beings are found in other galaxies, this stage brings forth collective participation, unity, and harmony among multiple Wise Worlds — all operating under shared ethical and systemic principles.
The Wise World now encompasses galactic clusters and superclusters, extending to the threshold of the universe itself, with or without the presence of other intelligent beings.
This marks the transition toward the cosmic level of wise existence.
At this stage, the known and observable universe — a closed system without an external environment — becomes the Wise Universe itself.
While exploration of the unknown universes continues, even if no external existence is ever discovered, the Cosmic Wise World continues to live, create, and evolve as its goal and mission.
Its eternal task becomes the observation, monitoring, and seeking beyond itself, even if no new existence is ever found.
If other beings, existences, or realities are ever discovered — or if they discover us — the process of world-making, participation, and expansion continues beyond the known universe.
This becomes the dynamic, observatory, and exploratory Trans-Cosmic Wise World — which may remain indefinitely in a state of observation and potentiality.
From the beginning up to the cosmic stage, all these levels must inevitably unfold, according to the mission of the Wise World — and each will manifest in its proper time and form.
Across all stages and levels, the transition from one phase to the next must always occur under the principles, frameworks, values, and beliefs of the Wise World —
particularly the principle of peaceful and persuasive development,
without any use of violence, deception, wealth manipulation, trade, or political coercion in their conventional forms.
The initial single human element-cell Wise World, in reality and at present, is the same primary human element-cell that has emerged through neutral natural and social evolution, and which, throughout its lifetime, continues its self-directed supra-natural evolution.
This evolution occurs both naturally and socially, and consciously and intentionally, by the element-cell itself — continuously striving to grow and develop through various self-recognized and self-applied means.
Growth refers to the development of itself, while development refers to the expansion of its influence toward others like itself, and toward its surrounding natural and artificial environments.
Therefore, all the goals, missions, and callings previously described for a generic Wise World at any stage or level are also applicable to this primary Wise World, and must be practically realized within it.
The general principles and methods previously defined for every stage and level of the Wise World also apply here, but with practical adaptation to the specific conditions of the first stage — the single human element-cell Wise World emerging within the neutral universe.
The single human element-cell has emerged through existing natural and social evolution, and through its own self-directed supra-natural evolution, before forming a new human identity.
Currently, this single human element-cell possesses three primary identities:
A foundational social element of humanity within the human–quasi-human brain-like socio-system — which, for now, consists solely of itself.
Therefore, the social human community of the Wise World does not yet have an external or collective presence.
The foundational brain-cell of the cerebral system within the same brain-like socio-system — which, again, consists only of itself.
Hence, there is not yet a multi-cellular brain system in the external sense; this single brain-cell functions as the entire cerebral system of the initial Wise World.
The brain-like human socio-system itself, embodied entirely within this single human element-cell.
Internal natural and artificial environment under its control — currently limited to the individual’s mind, brain, body, and a few personal possessions, such as a computer, clothing, desk, chair, etc.
External natural and artificial environment in interaction, including:
Spouse, children, home, and family life
Relatives, friends, and nearby and distant social relations
Urban, provincial, national, and global human environments
The planetary environment of Earth
External environment accessible for participation in universe-making, including:
Urgent and immediate issues
Foundational and preparatory matters
Matters of correction and improvement
External environment accessible for fulfilling the mission of universal expansion and learning
The goal of the primary Wise World is to live wisely, to benefit from security and well-being, and to achieve inner and outer harmony.
This includes:
Security, balance, health, and happiness of the internal environment
Justice, peace, well-being, and meaningful living
Interactive living with the external environment
Cooperative living with other people and the natural and artificial surroundings — as far as is feasible for the Wise World and its human element-cell.
The mission involves actions and activities that create, sustain, and enhance life for the primary human element-cell Wise World.
This includes:
Procuring resources, tools, and facilities needed for its security and well-being
Internal environmental development and improvement
Continuous refinement and growth of the internal natural and artificial systems
Specifically:
Improvement of the human element-cell itself
Improvement of the brain-like human socio-system embodied within it
Improvement of its internal natural and artificial environment
Interaction with the external environment to support life-making
Improvement of the external environment to the extent possible for the Wise World and its element-cell
The Wise World’s calling toward urgent and critical matters within the external environment — particularly the existing human society — applies globally, nationally (to Iran), and to any country where such engagement is feasible.
These urgent missions include:
Security and peace
Poverty and minimal living conditions
Justice
Health and well-being
Environmental sustainability
Culture and civilization
This includes the foundational principles that prepare the environment for the Wise World’s broader realization:
Freedom of expression
Human rights
Democracy
Open and free systemic consensus
A unified human society under open and free collective governance
This refers to collaborative improvement of the external environment prior to full expansion of the Wise World.
It aims at the correction and enhancement of humanity, quasi-humanity, and the broader external universe.
Key aspects include:
Improvement of human beings in the external environment
Improvement of human groups and communities
Improvement of the existing human society
Improvement of the accessible external world — including planet Earth and its environment
Expansion of access to the known external environment of the existing universe
Expansion of understanding of the unknown parts of the universe
The Wise World’s mission of universal exploration and understanding is already underway:
The Wise World website has been created and launched as part of this very mission by the primary single human element-cell Wise World.
The Wise World Book has been written and published to fulfill the same purpose.
This mission includes:
Discovering, forming, and cultivating other human element-cells
Expanding the human–quasi-human brain-like socio-system to include them
Extending the Wise World into its accessible natural and artificial surroundings
Understanding the known universe within the accessible external world
Observing, monitoring, and exploring the unknown universe, wherever and whenever it may exist or emerge.
