The Wise World is the product of the supra-natural evolution of the supra-natural human.
This supra-natural evolution is, in essence, a form of artificial evolution guided by the purposeful universe.
A supra-natural human can be the self-created result of its own supra-natural evolution.
Such a human being may emerge spontaneously, or consciously and intentionally—through the expression, explanation, and inspiration of another supra-natural human.
It may also arise through the direct observation and experience of the Wise World itself, or be nurtured within the environment, culture, and civilization of the Wise World.
The supra-natural human is the human cell-element within the human and quasi-human cerebral society-system of the Wise World.
This cerebral social system is composed of human and quasi-human cell-elements, united through a systemic open and free consensus, functioning as the brain of the Wise World—to think, decide, lead, design, manage, engineer, and act.
The primary method of the Wise World for its reformation, improvement, growth, and development is a peaceful method.
That is, the Wise World seeks to convince the other existing beings of the Neutral World through reason, logic, and direct experience, to join it—based on the premise of the neutrality of the existing world.
If they are convinced, they join.
If, for any reason or cause, they are not convinced, they must continue to exist, remain as they are, and live within their own community under their own governance.
In shared and common domains, however, they act in open and free consensus with others—including the Wise World itself.
The Wise World not only refrains from eliminating those who remain unconvinced through violence, coercion, deceit, or wealth, but rather defends them against others who may attempt to destroy them by such means.
From the Wise World’s perspective, those others too are parts of the Neutral World, capable of being peacefully and rationally integrated into the Wise World.
The Wise World expects reciprocity—that others, too, adopt and practice the same ethical stance toward it.
In other words, the Wise World shall not cease to exist except by the genuine persuasion of others regarding its falsity, and by its voluntary transformation or dissolution in recognition of their truth and goodness.
However, if persuasion through peaceful and open dialogue fails, the Wise World will defend itself appropriately against violent eradication, ensuring its continuity and preservation.
Against attempts at manipulation, deceit, or domination through money, propaganda, or psychological coercion, it responds with reasoned and peaceful resistance.
The use of violence, coercion, deception, or corruption—as well as the abuse of peace, reason, or dialogue for manipulative ends—are all, from our perspective, natural errors stemming from the natural human.
The Wise World strives to reform and elevate such beings through peaceful, logical, and compassionate means, guiding them toward supra-natural conduct—so that they may think, decide, and act truthfully, rightly, and benevolently, and participate in the leadership, design, management, and engineering of the Wise World within its open and free global consensus.
